"I just wanted to say what an amazing service the staff of Paramount Harley-Davidson provides. I purchased a battery for my 2002 Harley Davidson Night Train and went to put it into my bike and realized it was not the right battery. I emailed Paramount, and the parts manager told me he would have someone hand deliver the battery to my home 30 miles away from the store the same day. To top it off they never even made a mistake. They gave me the right battery, but the prior owner of the bike rewired the bike thus making the proper battery appear to be the wrong battery.

"I had been looking around for about a monthm for my new bike, had been to 3 dealers with no satisfaction. Although Paramount was a little bit of a hike for me I decided to head to Framingham. "I visited three Harley dealerships looking for a bike that was within my budget. The first two stops resulted in salespeople trying to sell a new 1200 Sporster that I tried to tell them I could not afford. When I walked into Paramount I was approached by Derek who did a great of listening to what I was looking for and suggested a pre-owned 2001 Sporster that with the help of Robert and Frank I am now enjoying. These three make a great team making it well worth the 50 mile drive. "

"I purchased my 06 Road King from Paramount H/D. I had been shopping for 2 months for new the bike I wanted. A group of us rode our bikes to Paramount to buy my bike, but we got in a traffic jam. I got to Paramount 20 minutes before closing. Not only did they process my bike, but they kept the store open after hours while we shopped for accessories. When I picked up my bike I decided I wanted chrome controls. I told the service department that I was planning a bike trip to NY the next week. The service manager put 2 or 3 mechanics on the task. It looked like an assembly line. Before I finished shopping the bike was finished. Also, you haven’t truly experienced the Paramount culture until you meet Bob in Finance. Financing was a breeze. "

"I brought my bike in for the first service. I dropped off my bike clean in the morning and it was ready by 4PM same day. When I picked it up it was still clean and looked great!
